Q: I ordered a standard size dress, not a custom size, why is it so long?

A: All of our dresses are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard or custom size, require tailoring time. Our dress processing time is about 10-12 days. If you add this time to the shipping time, youll have an idea of when to expect your item.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

Q: I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?

A: In most cases, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been processed. The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used.

1. Credit/Debit Card

It will take 7-45 days for your credit card company to process the refund and credit your account.

2. PayPal

If you are a registered PayPal member, your refund has been completed instantly. You may check your PayPal account for more information regarding the refund.

If you are an unregistered PayPal user, it will take 7-45 days for PayPal to process your refund and return the money to your credit card account.

3. Western Union

For customers that paid using Western Union, we recommend using PayPal to receive your refund to avoid processing fees and get your refund immediately. If you want to receive your refund through Western Union, you will need to provide us with your necessary information and then go to a bank in your home country that supports Western Union to pick up your refund using the details we provide.

4. Wire Transfer

Unfortunately, we cannot give more information on how long it will take to credit your account as it depends on your banks procedures. We recommend contacting your bank if you have any questions regarding a refund.

Q: Can I cancel the dress if I change my mind?

A: Our dresses arent just pulled from a warehouse - once your order is confirmed, our tailors begin selecting materials in the color you requested and cutting fabric based on your measurements. Even standard size dresses are made-to-order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation policy is stricter than for other items. If it is because of personal reasons, our website does not support refunds, please understand, so its important to order carefully. More details please refer to our cancellation policy. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

Q: What are the requirements for receiving discounts?

A: You can get a dressyvogue coupon code outside of dressyvogue Website (e.g. from any of our promotional websites, and advertisement, etc.).

A: The best way is to contact our customer service to offer you information. Also, when you want to check out, please go to your shopping cart and find the "add remark" button. You can leave a message to let us know if you have specific requests regarding an item such as size, color and so on. After receiving your order, we will call you or email you to verify your information.

Q: Why can't I receive emails from dressyvogue.com?

A: Emails from dressyvogue may be blocked from your mailbox, or you may find them in Spam. Also, please make sure you have registered with a correct email.

Q: How do I return the item I got?

A: After you received your item, please check it right way. If there is something wrong with our product or you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our customer service (dressyvogue@outlook.com) with 3 days after you got it or them. In addition, please read the return policy of Dressyvogue website carefully.

Color Mismatch FAQs

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website? Eg: Will the white color and ivory color look the same? If not, what's the difference?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dresss color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitors display settings. In terms of the two colors, white is a bright, pristine color with no mixes or shades of any other color like pure milk. On the other hand, ivory has a slight tint of yellow or cream. The ivory color is very close to pure white but due to differences in lighting and the added hints of other shades it differs.
